Join our Llyn Tegid Wardens, Simon and Arwel, for our Warden's Walk. The walk begins at the Eryri National Park car park at Llyn Tegid in Y Bala. We’ll follow a path along the shoreline of Lake Tegid, passing the site of the Llyn Tegid Reservoir Safety Project.

The route climbs towards Bala Golf Club, leading onto open ground and up to the summit of Moel Garnedd. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Llyn Tegid, the Arenig mountains, and Cader Idris.

The National Park Authority has classified this as a challenging route, suitable only for experienced walkers with a good level of fitness. Please ensure you bring appropriate walking gear and wear sturdy walking boots!
