Are you interested in the future of Eryri’s temperate rainforests? Do you have information or knowledge which could help shape the Celtic Rainforests LIFE AfterLIFE legacy plan? Then please come and join the discussion.

With the primary objectives of Celtic Rainforests LIFE in mind – INNS control, woodland management, and engagement and education - stakeholders will be asked to share their thoughts and ideas on how to secure a long-term legacy to the project, and share valuable information on where and how legacy projects in Eryri should be targeted in order to build on the foundations laid by Celtic Rainforests LIFE over the last 8 years.

Where:  Llanelltyd Village Hall, Llanelltyd, Dolgellau

When: 15th September 2026.

The day will be split into two sessions, as follows:

Morning Session (10:00 – 13:30 including lunch) - this will be a more formal, facilitated workshop session aimed at gathering key information to aid the development of the Celtic Rainforests LIFE AfterLIFE Plan – the who, what, where, when and how.

Afternoon Session (13:30 – 16:00) – this will be a drop-in session for those who wish to contribute their ideas and knowledge in a less formal setting, or for those who simply wish to learn a little more about the work of Celtic Rainforests LIFE. Staff from the project will be on hand to talk with those who attend the drop-in session, and to capture the discussions had.
