To mark 75 years since the designation of Eryri as a National Park, the Eryri National Park Authority is hosting a series of poetry competitions for adults, young people and children.

The competitions invite entries in Welsh or English, with themes reflecting change, restoration and our relationship with the natural environment.
Winners will receive specially commissioned Bardic chairs, and will be invited to attend a celebratory Ymryson y Beirdd evening at Yr Ysgwrn in October 2026.
We encourage submissions from established and emerging writers alike as part of this special year of celebration for Eryri National Park.
